DESCRIPTION :

GM 702 is copper silicon alloyed solid wire for MIG welding copper alloys, brass and galvanised steel grades.

Typical applications include joining CuSi2Mn, surfacing unalloyed and low alloyed steels, joining zinc coated steels in automotive industries.

CHARACTERISTICS :

The wire is recommended for joining of coated steel plates and for repair welding of motor vehicles body and plates.

WELDING INSTRUCTIONS::

  • Clean weld area thoroughly.
  • Pay attention to low heat in-put (Short arc/ Mig pulsed arc)
